Microsoft Office Format Painter

Have you ever replied or forwarded an email only to find that your signature is a different color or size than the rest of the message?

That can look very unprofessional when sending it on without correcting the format of the text.

There are a few ways to fix the text so that it matches everything else, but rather than fumbling through the menus only to find that the color is still off, you can use the very cool feature of Microsoft Outlook 2007 and above, called the Format Painter.

Here is a video of how to use this useful tool to quickly reformat any text to match the format of any other text you want.
